Pregnancy Yoga
Supportive and friendly yoga classes nurture you throughout pregnancy, prepare for labour and birth, and helping you navigate early parenthood feeling empowered, confident and prepared for what lies ahead regardless of whether you’ve practiced yoga before.

Postnatal Yoga
Stretch, strengthen, breathe, relax… bond with your baby while moving your body and easing out any post-birth stiffness and aches. Gentle yoga postures, stretches and relaxation combine with songs, rhymes and movements for baby to create the perfect class for you both to enjoy!

Birth Preparation Workshops & Spinning Babies®
Active, practical workshops for expectant parents and birthing partners to build confidence and prepare for your labour and birth.
I also teach private 1-2-1 birth preparation, baby positioning sessions and Spinning Babies® Parent Education classes.

Hatha Yoga
Perfect if you are beginning your yoga exploration or wanting to extend your practice.
With two different Hatha yoga class styles to choose from, there is a more gently class to start off the week or a more dynamic session on Monday evenings.

Based in South East London, my aim is to help you find a sense of calm, balance and energy through yoga whatever your life stage.
Originally from the US I taught dance for many years before moving to London where my yoga practice really took root. I discovered a connection I had been searching for through movement and mindfulness in yoga and it has been an integral practice in my life now for over 20 years.
I want to share the wisdom of yoga with you exploring postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation so that you can destress, feel energised and balanced.
